At P.A.M Swim, we want you to love your purchase! As a small brand, we have a few guidelines to ensure the best experience for everyone while maintaining hygiene and safety.
Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or unsealed items, including all undergarments and swimwear.
Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
